I have Photon Plus Postpaid connection in Punjab My Number is 9216622247 after 3 months i applied for disconection My Complaint No was 318150867 on 23 july after few Days there was call from Customer Care offering me many Schemes but i Refused to all of the schemes lastly there offered me to convert the connection from post paid to Prepaidand i agreed for which they told me to fisrt recharge of Rs 350/- and my Migration request no was 318871665 after 2 days there was message on my mobile from tata that migration is successfull so i recharged the connection of Rs 350/- on same day and submiited all the documents i.e on 25 julyfor 7-8 days everything was well but after then my device stopped working i agian called customercare they said your device is neighter working in postpaid connection nor Prepaid so we cant do anything go to local store . I went to local store they say we cant do anything talk to customercare .so whats my fault i think its reward for choosing tata services. these People r useless! beware of them

Iam staying at Gandhidham ,KUTCH and using a tata Photon with unlimited download plan. Iam a regular customer of this postpaid plan for the last one year.My photon no is 9227414037.I have been paying my bills regularly but they are not making the bills properly due to which my new month bill is getting added up with the earlier month.Also they never waste even a day to disconnect the service for any delay in bill payment (even for a day)and they take 7-10 days to restore the services.Even today (31/12/11) my connections are diconnected and even after giving online complaints nobody is bothered to look into it.If somebody please suggest.
