Tickets in section 202, which will be alcohol free, are $99 for adults and $75 for children (ages 4-high school). A reduced rate of $1,875 per seat is available in sections 330-333. A significant portion of the seat cost is a tax-deductible gift. The club offers affordable premium seating options for all Bearcats fans with some of the best views inside Nippert Stadium. Parking, food and non-alcoholic beverages are also included with a club seat purchase. UC graduates within the last five years can enjoy Cincinnati football season tickets at a discounted rate with seating next to the student section. Members receive a season ticket in section 116 at a cost of $100, a 50% discount off regular pricing, which includes a $25 UCATS donation, ensuring patrons will receive the same benefits as a Bearcats Backer level member (regularly $50). Roger Theodoredis, 64, has served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel since October 2018. Prior to joining Chipotle, Mr. Theodoredis was General Secretary of Danone North America, with responsibility for legal, public affairs, communications, scientific affairs and corporate security. He previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The WhiteWave Foods Company, a food and beverage company, until its acquisition by Danone, S.A. in April 2017, having been appointed as General Counsel of WhiteWave Foods in 2005. Prior to joining WhiteWave Foods, Mr. Theodoredis served as Division General Counsel for Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, and in a number of legal roles for Chiquita Brands International.
